Members are formally notified of the issue, with details on the concern and the evidence provided.

A reasonable timeframe is given to fix the problem, whether it’s updating signage, retraining staff, or correcting miscommunication.

If violations are not corrected or if the issue is significant, certification may be suspended. During suspension, all CallFree Certified™ materials must be removed until compliance is restored.
