How It Works

Once submitted, each complaint is assigned a unique case number and securely logged in our system for tracking and accountability. Our compliance team carefully reviews all new submissions within five business days to determine the nature and seriousness of the concern. During this process, we may reach out to the venue directly to request additional information or to provide them an opportunity to respond. Depending on the findings, outcomes may range from an official warning to probation, suspension, or, in the most serious cases, revocation of certification. This structured process ensures that every complaint is handled consistently and in alignment with our standards.

All complaints are treated with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism, protecting both the individual submitting the concern and the venue involved. Venues are encouraged to take corrective action whenever possible, as our goal is to support improvement and uphold the integrity of the CallFree standard. However, repeated issues or severe violations are met with stricter consequences to preserve the trust and credibility of the certification nationwide. By balancing fairness with accountability, we ensure that the certification continues to represent reliability, transparency, and genuine commitment.
